High School Reunions are exciting… but more typically full of anxiety and stress.
- Should I go?
- Am I where I thought I would be X years after graduating?
- Do I even want my classmates to see me?
Does it matter? You know you want to look good if you attend. But there’s not much time to prepare.
I just returned from my 20-Year High School Reunion and felt confident, comfortable, and so happy the entire night! Plus I fit into a dress I bought a month before that was a little too tight then. How did I do it?

I’ve highlighted the important points below.
In as little as 4 DAYS, you can safely lose 5+ pounds and tighten your midsection. If you have more time (2 weeks is perfect), the results will be exponential.
Follow these 5 Steps to Lose Weight and Flatten Your Belly
- Drink a gallon of water daily.
- Eat asparagus with every meal (4-6 sprigs).
- Go zero carb.
- No alcohol.
- Eat something before going to the party.
Each step is worth it to make you look and feel your best when entering your reunion. When I walked in, no one believed I was a doctor with 3 kids. And once I was AT the reunion, I didn’t stress about food/drink limitations. I had several cocktails and went out to a late night Taqueria for some messy delicious Mexican food! I am a firm believer (and practicer) that you should work hard… and then celebrate!
